We have a personalized criteria for assessment of artSelection of art objects is organised by price, from 3K€ to 3M€. 

Our collection is divided in 7 sections. Each type of section has its own color and concept of appraised value.

The prices shown on the platform will tend to be all inclusive for the buyer - including  shipping costs, since these don’t exceed 15% of the final price. Once the (15%) barrier is crossed , all extra shipping costs shall be borne by the buyers.  

+ SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

LITHIUM is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

HOW IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE CALCULATED?

Presented prices on the platform include shipping costs - unless these exceed 15% of the presented price. In this case, all additional costs should be covered by the client.

Our prices are shown in Euro.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

The artworks will be shipped to the customer once all necessary documentation, pertaining to transportation, address, insurance (optional), tax, etc. are completed and the payment has been realized in full including all relevant additional charges. Once we realize the payment we take up to 5 working days to dispatch the artwork. Most orders are delivered within 8 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We do not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as, Flight delays, remote locations, strikes etc.

WHAT IF THE WORK OF ART IS RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

If you think, you have received the work of art is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@lithiumartdealer.com mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original work of art tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged or spoilt condition, and not because the buyer did not like the artwork they have purchased.

HOW IS THE WORK OF ART PACKED?

The paintings are unframed & unmounted & will be shipped in a rolled format & in protective cylinders. The paintings that are shipped flat with the frame are without the glass frames, we cannot provide any guarantee for the Glass. Though, the painting would be packed with the glass frame on request, the same would be at the buyer’s risk. In such case, LITHIUM would not be liable to any damages caused by the breakage of the glass frame.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. + RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

Artwork is non-returnable. If you purchase a work, and decide that you do not want the artwork, we can work with you to resell the piece on consignment through the gallery. Please also note that once a payment plan has been entered into, all payments made are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
 
We take the utmost care in packaging the goods, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine packaging and goods on arrival before signing for them. If the packaging is damaged, decline the package and have the shipper send back to us.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery.
